Jason, you should get a backhoe for your tractor so you can level out ground, do trenches and make a french drain around your buildings to keep the water out.

You really need to invest in some Milwaukee M18 tools so you don't need compressors or generators to do your work. The framers, saws, nailer, lights, etc etc make building so easy. Since you are doing A LOT of building, the investment in those tools will pay for themselves in no time. Get a solar panel/battery setup to charge the batteries and you don't even need electricity to keep your tools going. The great thing is even after you have everything built and set up, you'll always have use of the tools. I basically did the same when rebuilding my kitchen and bathroom. Then I had the tools to build a shed, furniture and other repairs around the house and cars. You'll especially love the impact driver for working on cars and changing blades on the lawn mower. And the M18 tire inflator is a God send because it's portable and can be used without the need for an air tank.

Great to see a mini barn getting started! The fencing should be a breeze after the groundwork was done. May I suggest you using the box blade with the aerator spikes extended for the next pad, to help break up the roots. To many dull chainsaw blades makes Jason a poor boy...lol 😂😅 Love ya'll 😊

I haven't noticed you using any foundations for your buildings. Even if you just use patio stones or the concrete forms to put the wood into is better than wasting all the money you spent on the wood, screws etc to rot. All your new endeavors are exciting to watch and looking forward to seeing your vision come true

So I don't know what length the metal roof panels are but if they extend past the frame just add a support to the front to create an overhang for shade and more water collection. I do like these kinds of vids. As far as the roots sharpen a spade shovel should cut right thru

You can mark all the holes you want done and rent one of those hydro air jet wands. I can’t remember the dang name of them. We always called it pot holing. It works great and it will go around all those tree roots. You may have to cut them out depending on the size of whatever you are putting in it. Anyways they work great haha thanks for the video!!!

Awesome job Jason can’t wait to see when it’s completed in the fence going up around the property. If you’re using the metal fence can you also use the electric fence that you still have and put that around the fence so the animals don’t try to get out you’re not gonna hurt them or just keep them in the area where they post to stay. Still use your electric fence with the other fence.
