I'm so glad to see some videos with a variety of curly hairstyles that do not inlcude "space buns". Nothing against them, but I'm not into them either, nor have the age to pull them off without looking... weird. I would LOVE to see some hairstyles including bandanas or hair scarfs, since I love them but sometimes don't know how to manage my hair to make headbands work for me.

I've been looking for a video like this for almost a year!! My hair is exactly like yours and it's so hard to find new styles! I braid my own hair, and these styles helped so much! I have so many headbands and I never used them but I love the tip of leaving some hair out. I love my large volume clip you recommended. Also, I went back and watched your video on your hair cut. I just cut some length to get a fuller bottom less straggly, it sits right at the top of my t shirt, so now patience as I let it grow now to get past my shoulders. Thanks!

Hi Minna, the patience is the hardest part 😅 So, I just distract myself with hairstyles. My ends are definitely needing a trim. I’m wondering if my hair might look better with a straight blunt cut, rather than the rounded shape too, to keep it looking more full. Enjoy those headbands! I’m thinking of starting a collection….♥️
