all the houses you make end up being my new dream house. last house you made was my no.1, now this one is my no.1 dream house, ALL YOUR HOUSES ARE MY NO.1 DREAM HOUSE. i wish i still had the game. well i never had it my neighbor did and we would aaaalllways play together, but sense i moved i cant play anymore. i want to buy it, but i have a mac and my mom says its not the right kind of computer. it sucks

The Sims 3 is awsome i play it online through Origins. I also have Sims 4 but theres a lot of things about it that i really dont like. like the loading screan when u travel. it takes a little bit. of the sims 3 what i dont like is that u cant acually see inside buildings for example the hospital. but i love the sims 2 and 3 they are my favorite games of all times. Im addicted lol.

When you click on a lot (that does not have a family living on it) in the pop up there will be a icon that looks like part of a house and part of a bench with a line through it. That changes the lot type.

Yes its still in stores, still sells well. Lots of expansion packs and stuff packs. You can probably find a bundle that has the main game and some expansion packs. They usually did that with the previous games. Maybe you can get one with all the expansions, not sure.

A tip for when your putting in the soil and grass etc, if you don't want it to go out of a fenced in space then line the outside with tiles and then fill it in and then delete the tiles. the soil or grass won't go under the tiles.

In the town click the " dot dot dot " button in the bottom left then edit in town mode. click the lot and change to residential. If there is a bench/house icon and not a square icon buldoze the lot to clear it. If it's a square it is empty so don't delete it. and btw are you new to the sims 3?

You don't cheat. Click the button in the bottom left corner, select Edit Town, then select the beach (or any lot for that matter), click "choose lot type"and choose residential. (I think that's what you meant, right?) Hope this helps!

You don't need a cheat, just go to the menu when in live mode (... button), press Edit Town, then click on the lot you want to change to a residential lot and there's a button which lets you change lot type.

Press ctrl+shift+c all at the same time when you're playing the Sims on your keyboard, and a cheat box will come up on the top of your window. In the cheat box, type in motherlode and hit enter. You'll get 50,000 Simoleons. :D You can do this multiple times if you want!
