For me... this is so far the best video from Kevin. I really enjoy watching his vids. Put a smile on my face this Friday morning. The way Kevin is on camera, love it. Kevin & Cleetus are a great pair "race team". That 3rd pass with the GOPRO on the roof and over the big block engine noise, you can hear Cleetus cheering (excited), I laughed so hard. That was awesome. . great runs, keep it coming!!!!

Loving the daily updates, and love seeing you back with mullet. In the end, so many talented people people have had their hand in that car, including the LS builders that got it to 6s originally, and it's fun to see them stay with the project! The youngun I sent the signed soccer mom and mullet posters to is watching you religiously now apparently! Mom got an email from his mother( employed at the same school district), I'll have to get him a cutlass poster when it's done!

@@98blower17 I think Mullet is an 82. I rewatched the video and I think that other one is in the 60s. Cleetus got his in September of 2018. You should watch those old videos. Pretty funny stuff the day he got it. It made 185 hp the day they got it. lol

I was talking to my dad who is in his 80s and got into watching street outlaws. He was asking questions about horses power and how to get more. Informed him that with today's technology if you have the money you can buy more horsepower than you can use. The big challenge is traction and matching track conditions to your car set up. Get right you maximum your cars ability get it wrong you spin the tires.

Kevin, yes you are correct. Unplugging the secondary Ignition will cause the primary to build-up a charge and since there is carbon in the black plastic it can dead short to the block essentially. During a power balance test you should always unplug the primary Ignition so that the coils do not build a charge. If there is no circuit protection such as a zener diode in the primary Ignition circuit, you can actually fry your PCM because because of that built up charge making its way back back through the primary wires.
