6:00 No one was arguing that Oz's actions towards his brothers were pre-medidated; it was obviously an impulsive reaction to him feeling slighted by them. Sure, he didn't lure them down there and he didn't wake up that day with the intent to kill them -- but Oz clearly knew what he was doing when he locked his brothers down there and then proceeded to lie to his mother about their whereabouts despite her being worried sick about their safety, even after the police became involved. Oz made a choice not to save his brothers and there's no uncertainty about that.

oz throwing vic's license into the water hit hard cuz of the last episode when oz was telling him that everyone will know our names forever. he died a john doe. i think sophia would have rather died than end up back in arkham. at leas julian went back to watch over her. he's all in with her now, even there.

6:15 But isn't that how this entire series begins: with Oz getting upset with Alberto in the moment and retaliating by murdering Alberto and then scrambling after realizing he needs to cover his tracks to avoid getting caught? That's one of the defining elements of Oz's personality -- it defined him as a child and it remains with him as The Penguin.
