California Picnic, anyone? Reid, Your channel has helped me tremendously. It always makes me have this dumbass grin on my face because there is a puppet dropping knowledge bombs left and right and rocking the fuck out during playback. My favorite part of the video is when you mentioned you are planning to expand your learning platform. I don't even have to know anything about it to know it would be amazing. The incredible effort it must take to do your tutorials makes me trust that whatever you decide to do in the future 'gon' be lit' Much love and respect.

I learned so many basic production tips from this podcast that are often overlooked when watching youtube tutorials. I immediately subscribed to Reid's channel after watching this because of how well he explains things. One of my favorite clips of this episode was at 18:30, "If you didn't break it and do it wrong then you pretty much did it wrong." I think that pretty well sums up what needs to be done in this age of music to stand out and differentiate yourself from the crowd.

I got so much technical info regarding music production, but one thing I learned when Reid was explaining just the lifestyle of a producer 33:28 and how what you do with your body translate to the mind which definitely helps in the long run. I’ve always been watching Reid as soon as I started music production and thank you Cymatics for this podcast it has truly helped me a lot!

I have been following reid stefan from many years and man!!! That man is INCREDIBLE. He knows what he's doing and why he's doing so and what he's going to do next, Steve said it right "it's like hearing to a encyclopedia of music". Honestly, I have never used ableton in my life but i see every single video of his from start to end and still learn a ocean full of detailed knowledge about music production. Seriously! REALIST PUPET IN THE GAME ❣

33:20 I think this piece of information is crucial to anybody in general and I’m glad y’all are talking about this since the music industry has this stigma where you have to beat your body up for the sake of the art. Choosing a healthy diet and exercise creates that discipline and it transfers over to the music 100%. Oh and S/O to y’all for getting Reid on the show! This man is a whole fountain of knowledge and it’s about time seeing y’all link up to share ideas!

Of my favorite parts; Reid getting big blazed, disrespecting android users, and the talk about the importance of sound spectrum selection. I really liked when they asked about Whole Loops. @1:55 it’s interesting to see how one idea can evolve into a much more powerful version of itself. I hope it becomes an online academy for music production like Reid says at the end of the interview.

Love Reid and Cymatics! Together is something I’ve been waiting for!! Loved his thoughts on analog gear being forgiving (May convince me to splurge).... and WHY he makes certain decisions (protools for vocals, etc), because instead of just telling us WHAT he is doing, he’s telling us WHY he’s choosing to do that!! That’s why I dig his channel! And Cymatics always coming through!

Thank you for this episode i learned so much about music, plugins, vocal sessions and musicians life routine stuff. My favorite part of the show was 21:14 when Drew asked him if he wants to hit the joint or not lol. I was actually sending my girlfriend a video of it. So i decided that, that was my favorite part! Thank you for the giveaway! Also, there is a blackfriday thing going but not everyone can send you a message, but you all can use this app WhatsApp and get messages from people. I know its not something you use in the us but in Europe thats a big deal. We all use that app. Its free and very easy to use. 32:45 it's hard to overstate how important physical health is for anyone working with creative stuff. most people seem to be into that "all work, no anything else" mentality and sit for hours and hours in front of the computer with no exercise at all, whereas if they took like one or two hours every day to go out for a walk, do some running or anything easy like that, their work would be so much better just from that pumped up energy that you get
