On the Portion of Nudes getting leaked 13:40 onwards... Its no different than asking a tattooed guy to bear the consequences of always getting suspected of being in a gang/criminal. no different than asking someone who drives a heavily modified car if they should bear the consequences of constantly being pulled over/targeted by the cops. All actions should have consequences, and if people decide to ignore those consequences. Ultimately, its not called Victim Blaming because you are fully conscious that such actions results in those consequences.

I agree with you and I think a point to add to your tattoo example is that it is not the tattooed guy's fault for being suspected of being in a gang/criminal but regardless, it still happened BECAUSE of said tattoos (amongst other factors).

How can you blame the victim for people deliberately leaking the videos when the victim never intended for it to be leaked

Cause theres two parts to it, firstly the victim had to send the video, then the video being leaked by whoever. Ultimately the person who leaked the video would still be the main person to blame since that is the crime itself, but we have to acknowledge that the victim put himself/herself in that situation by deciding to send nudes. The victim in this case had 2 choices, one which was not to send nudes which would result in 0% chance of it being leaked, the other choice is to send nudes, which might eventually be leaked. Also it is not about intention, it is about understanding the full consequences of your actions. Most people that gamble at casino lose money, but it was never their intention. Still it is their fault for playing the games, knowing that the games are made for casinos to win. If Im wearing designer goods & jewelry into a high crime neighborhood and got robbed, it was never my intention and the robber would be to blame for the crime, but you would still say that Im stupid for putting myself in that situation right?

it's NOT victim blaming because at that point they aren't victims yet. Take gambling for example; there are addicts and people who do it in moderation and for fun. REGARDLESS of what you may think of your own potential to addiction, it is undeniable the risks of gambling addiction is well known. You might be able to engage in it without being addicted. It's certainly a possibility. It's also a possibility you might become an addict. But those are possibilities ONLY if you engage in it. In other words, if you allow those possibilities to manifest by making a decision to engage, then it's quite clear you should also bear the consequent responsibilities.
