Alex and Callie, thank you for the news. I wonder if the free diaper program will be successful or if it will end up costing the taxpayers too much. Another alternative is cloth diapers. My mom used them on me!

Maybe they do that for newer buildings? I'm not sure it's even possible. If a tornado can pick up a house into the air..... They might just be too powerful?
