Thank you, Alex! I'm thankful that Penny was found not guilty. Based on the evidence, he should've never been charged. Americans should be able to defend themselves, within reason. I don't think it's right to sue a ride company for the death of their son when the weight limit rules were not followed. The ride operator? Yes. The amusement park? Yes. But not the maker of the ride. 🙄

@MarleneHen I wish Daniel Penny should not put his arm around Nelly's neck & have a few people help him & it's hard. Wow sue for $310 million & the maker of the ride no longer & the mother said the amusement didn't apologize to her. At first the son didn't want to ride & was afraid but he went there.
