To my knowledge Trump's attorneys negotiated a new contract. Either that or the powers that be in that area decided to just ignore the policys they put in place and decided against punishment. I can't remember exactly. Its been over a year since I read about it.

I think anyone who took Jon's place was going to have to go through an adjustment period regardless of who it was. Jon was beloved by all and Trevor, in as lovable as he is, was not Jon. Jon has moved on to better and bigger things (helping pass legislation to benefit veterans) and Trevor worked his way into our hearts. ❤

They didn't raid his house. They executed a search warrant. Edit (Below is a copy and paste from my reply down in this thread) the USSS was told about a.n hour prior to their arrival. They waited until 10am and they were out of there by 6 pm. nearly all of them wore suits or clothes w/ no markings. They did all of the above out of deference to his prior job. The pics with agents wearing FBI markings were all from later in the day; it were almost entirely part of the ERT (Evidence Response Team). Thers obviously were ERT members there all day, but those with identifiers were there to do what they do best preserve, catalog, amd transport evidence.
