Not to overanalyze, but I love Kosta because he can give these paranoid white replacement fearing snowflake comedians pointers on how to joke to the moment and not cling to how "things were". Sure, he's telling racist jokes, but to criticize racist, not begging for permission to be racist. Not many think about disabled people especially with the absolute mess covid and the ongoing pandemic has been mishandled. Disabled people's losses are not non disabled people's liberation. It always feels so weird seeing all those lines in US elections. Here in France, whenever there's an election, the longest part of the process is basically getting to the election place which is about 2 minutes where I live. Overall I'm back at home within 5 minutes

the blow hit me months ago when hilary clinton begged other democrats to not mention defending trans lives. transphobia by definition. I didn't even have a politician to vote for in my districts, I actually convinced multiple people to abstain. I know trans people that did vote, all of them are dealing with self hate issues, I don't think a healthy democracy should ask us to hate ourselves to save everyone other than ourselves. Honestly, anyone who voted for a silent democrat (most of the democratic party), deserves republicans. The US lost abortion rights, because faux-feminists focused on privileges for cishet white women and ignored the classic body autonomy and antihierarchy components.

I live in Los Angeles County with about 10 million people. There are 42 states with less people than just my home county. A state like California, almost 40 million strong, should not have to tolerate the Union's capacity for minority rule. We need to amend the constitution to lay out a legal process for secession.
