He violated his oath of office per 18 US Code 1918. A crime that includes up to 1 year in prison, removal from office. He is also violating the Separation Clause. So let that 1 year stretch in the Federal Pen be his severance package.

What separation clause? « The phrase “separation of church and state” is not in the Constitution. It just states that there should be no religious test for holding public office, as well as that « Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or denying the free exercise thereof », followed by, I might add, a statement protecting freedom of speech. Flying a flag that could potentially imply that Alito supports Christian nationalism, but does not explicitly say such, does not violate any of those clauses. Flying a flag on personal property is not the same thing as making a court ruling or passing a law. If you can point out a specific law that says differently, let me know. You can oppose or disagree with Alito on his actual Supreme Court rulings, just as you can oppose what happened on January 6 (which I definitely do), but this just seems like outrage bait for clicks and views.
