This interview is one of the best I've seen. I live in Israel and its already happening jewish people are founding Jesus including me and my whole family. There are already a lot of communities all over Israel praising Jesus. Please pray for Israel. Even the word Yeshua (Jesus in hebrew) means salvation. Can It be more obvious!?

Yes. My respect for both men has skyrocketed. Respect for MacArthur for not pulling any punches and just laying the Gospel out like a righteous carpet-bomb. And respect for Ben for not interjecting, “course-correcting,” or otherwise trying to restrict the guest’s responses. That is an unbelievable amount of self control IMO. Good on both of them.

IMHO, speaking as a theist, MacArthur is doing Christianity extreme harm. for one, this idea that "biblical Christians" should be good ol boys and let the government and other institutions do whatever they want, even if it violates their individual rights, is complete horseshit. coincidentally, this watered down "Jesus in enough" version of Christianity is killing Christianity. it won't survive the test of time as it will not survive the forces of secularism, liberalism and Islamism. I'm sorry, but it needs to die. become a Catholic today and become a MAN of God, not a coward. Catholicism is the TRUE form of Christianity with thousands of years of tradition and theology. do not listen to these "biblical Christians", they're liars for the state.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,.,

@@AP-bo1if Dr. John MacArthur would say the same thing at any time, you see the word of God which is the Bible does not change. Doctor MacArthur has no reason to change it. Jesus protects his church and the gates of hell will not prevail against it. So unless the Lord comes back tomorrow, you'll be long dead and Christianity will still be in its full power.

Friendly reminder that, according to the teachings of the Talmud (Jewish scripture), Jesus is being boiled in excrement in gehenna (Jewish version of hell). It also teaches that Mary was an adulterous prostitute who was impregnated by a Roman officer, Jesus being the lovechild of that relationship. Christians should NOT be friendly with religious Jews. They despise Christians and everything Christianity stands for.

If you want to know exegetically who the Elect are, check out *Beyond The Fundamentals - What They've Been Hiding From Ephesians 1:4 * It is Calvinistic determinism that has taught you that you have no free-will (not the Bible). Also, the head of Apologetic's at Texas Baptist Seminary, Dr. Leighton Flowers has been debating James White and other "high Calvinists" and one by one they are falling in debates (no, MacArthur is not one of them..). I am Christian myself. Due to conflicting perspectives with Pastor MacArthur regarding spiritual gifts, I assumed he was not worth listening to. Talk about narrow-minded Christian. This episode truly humbled me, and turned my view on him upside-down. To fight 60 plus years of one's life just to 'offend everyone,' he must have an infallible conviction. Truthfulness, gentleness, compassion, and humility he carries for the entire talk was overwhelming to say the least. Thank you so much Mr. MacArthur for being simple and loving, and yet never compromising for the Truth. This episode made me subscribe to the Daily Wire for the rest of the show. Thank you very much Mr. Shapiro. God bless.

Brother I completely understand. The Lord helped me in a lot of understanding concerning our issue. Just know that what is true in love is always the Lords and we are mere finite human beings. We don't have to accept all doctrines and we can disagree on "points" that are not so clear and straight forward. I can only say so much, but there are two people on "opposite poles" who I believe are devoubt Christians who helped me to see this better. Dr. James White(Calvinist) & Dr. Mike Brown(Penticostle).. Lets encourage people to elders of the faith, & teach to love and reason when we agree or disagree. A small but great example these to gentlemen displayed.

@@wisevirgin3405 As we all should, brother MacArthur offends with truth, not action or accusation. As Phillip did for the Eunich, and Jesus himself did with the two disciples on the road to Emaus, brother MacArthur took Ben through the Old Testament that he (Ben) believes and solidly landed those prophecies and foreshadows of Jesus' position as Messiah and King in the New Testament. He didn't need to poke Ben in the eye for him to get the point. That would not only offend, but turn away someone who is intelligent enough to see the truth, though his eyes may be blinded right now (Romans 11:7+8, 25+26). God Bless You...

But I have to say, this was probably the best interview done that I have ever seen for the reasons many have suggested: It was intellectual, respectful and insightful. It was well organized and the guest was allowed to give full answers without interruption. Luckily, with a guest the caliber of MacArthur, the answers never wondered or chased rabbit-holes, so bringing back on track was never a task Ben needed to worry about. Just about the best interview I think I've ever seen. Really appreciated this from start to finish. The only pet-peeve I had was Ben calling Dr. MacArthur "mister" at the outset. Very disrespectful. Wow!...Same reaction as most of those who commented. Pastor MacArthur just beautifully and consistently labors for the Gospel every chance he gets. The end was the best I think; Isaiah 53. Jews realization of their savior, the one who took upon Him their iniquities...sheesh! That is the dividing line between Orthodox Judaism and Christianity. Who is Jesus. I pray that Ben, and others who doubt the savior and His word, come to realize that Jesus. Christ is the only hope for salvation!

Please don't let MacArthur make you work any harder for damnation. Jesus obeyed unto death and even made himself the sacrifice for your sins so you would never have to suffer the punishment for them. The only obedience required by us is to obey the Gospel or more simply to believe/trust The Gospel (Jesus' Good News) Eternal Life is a FREE GIFT. God's Grace which is unearned or undeserved is without any works be it under the law of Moses or your idea of Righteousness. We know all man are unrighteous and we know all have fallen short of God's Glory. Yeshua turned hand washing water into wine He broke man made laws by healing on the Sabbath: 1) made mud 2) spit on eye 3) walk ( more than a sabbaths day walk) to show yourself to the pharasees The messiah says the man made laws nullify the Torah. Paul said they were a burden. The Torah is freedom. The Jews have been blinded by man made laws that add to The Christians have been blinded by the pope who took away the law. When man elevates himself to the level of the Almighty it's idolatry. The Torah forbids us from speaking false gods. The Rabbis tell us not to speak The Name that was written thousands of times. Moshe and David praised Him. We should not threat His Name like it is a pagan name. We should not treat men as gods. The Torah Law is good and defines sin. The man-made talmud law is bondage.

The END OF: The Church? (It should correctly be: The END of: The Messianic Community🙁) The TIME END According to President Daniel Note: Daniel 8:17 (CJB) [17] He came up to where I was standing, and his approach so terrified me that I fell on my face. But he said to me, “Human being! Understand that the vision refers to the time of the end.” Daniel 11:35 (CJB) [35] Even some of those with discernment will stumble, so that some of them will be refined, purified and cleansed for an end yet to come at the designated time. Daniel 11:40 (CJB) [40] “When the time for the end comes, the king of the south will push at him; while the king of the north will attack him like a whirlwind, with chariots, cavalry and a large navy. He will invade countries, overrun them and move on. Daniel 12:4 (CJB) [4] “But you, Dani’el*, keep these words secret, and seal up the book until the time of the end. Many will rush here and there as knowledge increases.” Daniel 12:9-12 (CJB) [9] But he said, “Go your way, Dani’el*; for these words are to remain secret and sealed until the time of the end. [10] Many will purify, cleanse and refine themselves; but the wicked will keep on acting wickedly, and none of the wicked will understand. But those with discernment will understand. [11] From the time the regular burnt offering is taken away and the abomination that causes desolation is set up, there will be 1,290 days. [12] How blessed will be anyone who waits and arrives at the 1,335 days.

John MacArthur's compassion toward Ben Shapiro about the book of Isaiah and chapter 53 brought tears to my eyes. I wish more of us believer's in Christ ( including myself) would practice that kind of compassion for those who do not know Jesus Christ as their Savior. I know that we can not force anyone to repent of their sins and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, but we all should have genuine compassion for those who are lost. I could watch this video repeatedly just for the knowledge I gained from it. I shared it with some family and friends in case they would want to watch it too. God is so good to save a rotten, no good rebellious sinner like me. I am so thankful for Jesus Christ my Savior dying for me and rising again from the dead. I look forward to His return at the end of the final tribulation to gather us all to Himself to be with Him for all eternity on the new heavens and the new earth. I pray God will help us all to be ready for that day and not be caught unawares like Scripture warns about when describing Christ's second coming as a thief in the night, when He sends His angels to gather us together, both the dead raised back to life and those who are alive and remain being gathered unto Him as He descends through the clouds upon His return at the end of the final tribulation.

I am going to expound on my point why it wasn't necessary as I see you have copied your post multiple times in other OP's. Catholicism is the TRUE form of Christianity with thousands of years of tradition and theology. do not listen to these "biblical Christians", they're liars for the state.,,,,,,,,,,,.,.,..,.,.,.,.

@@imagomonkei ; While I understand what you are saying, he is the Son of God, and He called Himself also the Son of Man (Ben Adom), a Messianic title. The church's terrible treatment of the Jewish people, all in the name of the Jewish Messiah, is also the church's Dirty Little Secret. Many Christians will go blithely through life and never know that they are the reason the Jewish people do not know and recognize their own Messiah! It is heartbreaking! The Jewish people were slaughtered in the Inquisition by people who claimed they were doing it in the name of the Jewish Messiah! How sad that Christians don't recognize that they themselves are the stumbling block that prevents the Jewish people from recognizing their Messiah. The Jews went through pogroms and the Holocaust hearing the same phrase; that they were being led to their execution in the name of Jesus Christ/Yeshua haMashiach. The church needs to repent of its anti-Semitism and return Jesus to His Hebrew Roots, instead of always referring to Him in Greek terminology.

This was so nice to see this cordial display of sharing beliefs, and you can feel the love present and the honesty and the desire for truth. If Ben Shapiro knew just how many people are praying for him, and want him to use his education and his morality to see the truth for himself, I am certain his heart would just utterly melt. he embraces so much of what is good and just in the scripture, we just wish she can see that he is an example of the offspring of those who have rejected Christ, and many of his own forefathers were just as Jewish as he was, but were able to see the truth in Christ. There is no difference in his belief in God and the Christian belief in God, and I hope he can see that. Like Pastor John MacArthur has stated, the difference is accepting Jesus as the Messiah, choosing to interpret Isaiah, and the many other prophecies of the Messiah in a way that points to Jesus. Once he and the Israelites can see that Jesus is the Christ, that is, the Greek word interpreted into English for ‘Messiah’, well, that will be a glorious day… And that they will come when all the Jews finally see that Jesus is and has always been the messiah that they have longed.

Jesus even gave a parable about it, the parable of the feast, we are the lowly, the unwashed, the unwanted, who by HIS grace we are allowed to come to the feast. The feast was not for us, it is and always will be for the Jews, the rest of us are just being blessed.

Outsiders, but very lucky ones, the non jews who become Christian are blessed because they did not have the traditions and history and chose to accept on faith. As for those of other ancient faiths who never heard the word, well their was a great debate about that and basically the final conclusion was that the Lord would not condemn them all to hell if they had not heard the gospel (good word) they would be judged by their own beliefs and faith. For religions like Islam that arose later, well not so much, it was determined they had heard the truth, and chose to follow deception and lies. Not sure how that would work today when there has been 1400 years since the false prophet spread the lies, and never being given a chance in many cases to hear an uncorrupted version. Now none of us can know what the Lord intends, since we are all corrupted, no human is smart enough, holy enough, just enough, kind enough, loving enough to grasp the infinite being that is the Creator. So again religion helps but it requires faith and a personal relationship. Not putting yourself up as judge, or all knowing. That is why Christians are commanded not to judge others, because all sin is equal in the creators eyes, so no matter how good a life we live none of us are worthy. Sorry for the long response.
