Also my parents are doing well and have a safe place to stay if need be . All of us are playing it by ear and they have their own gameplan . I had dinner with them last night and my dad picked me up from the airport and gave me ride home also

Glad you made it back to your home. Stay safe. My mom and I got out of the state yesterday cause I didn’t want to see that storm hit. We evacuated to the mountains of Georgia. I had an experience with flying out of Tampa back in 2004 and being one of the last flights out right before they closed. That was the scariest plane flight I have ever been on. We actually took off and the pilot told us that we had to get up to a high elevation pretty quickly to get above the storm that had start slightly so it was going to be a bumpy ride. I swear it felt like we went vertical even though I know that can’t happen with a plane but we went pretty close to it so we could get above the clouds quickly. I will always remember that.

Omg that had to be Charley you flew out of! Me and my family actually flew out of Tampa that year too right before the storm, and I was 4 at the time. My grandpa dropped us off and it was so serious he didn’t even have time to say goodbye he just zoomed outta there and rushed home 😂😅. Thankfully we escaped!

As someone who rode out Hurricane Michael in 2018, I would have stayed in SLC until it passed. Don't ever want to go through that again. Stay safe.

Hope everything goes well! Regarding the "crop circles," if I understand correctly what those are is where there is a long irrigation pipe that has wheels on either end. It is rotated around in a circle (with the center staying in place). It creates the circle because the corners of the square plot don't get anything and it is usually a low water area. Also, you'd be surprise what's grown in the desert. Arizona is a large producer of cotton.

Center pivot irrigation. Those circles are watered by a large line of sprinklers and slowly rotate around the acreage. Green are irrigated crops, brown are probably fields they are either resting or the crop has been harvested.

The battery packs are a great idea, I bought one recently that I charge from a small 10W solar panel. I can charge my USB devices from it and it also has wireless charging for my phone. I hope all is well when you reach Orlando, Adam. Safe travels.

Second flight you had the USB and regular plug ins -- pretty much the way they are going. Plug your devices in and stream. Saves a ton of weight. It will be nice once the airlines all have Starlink hooked up. Should eventually see faster Internet, perhaps at a lower price.

12:55 those are literally crop circles. Not E.T. crop circles, but hydroponics. Those are water irrigation circles for growing crops in harsh barren conditions. You'll see those a lot in areas like those.
