All my aunts used to work there, few uncles I believe back in the late 80s early 90s. I even hung out there as a little kid while my mom worked there. We all knew George and they were good friends with him. George sold that restaurant years ago.

Another great video! Always so much fun to watch these daily and see new places in SoCal. I drive down from Seattle down to LA once or twice a year to visit family and we usually take the 395 which has so many cool little towns and restaurants along the way, it is always a fun adventure. Well Adam I want to thank you. For years I have wondered what the name of this restaurant was. Way back in late 70s/early80s my mother would take me here to eat. We lived in Buena Park and later on Fullerton but she would go there specifically for the pastrami grinder. Plenty of mustard, and pickle juice as a dipping sauce. Now since you've eaten at Johnnie's Pastrami, go back to George's and compare. My mother has passed and I live out of state so I am reliving happy memories of Orange County through you. Thanks again. Hit me up if you ever want to venture into Riverside County (Lake Elsinore specifically).

Great video here's what makes the thousand island secret adding a hardboiled egg through a sieve. That used to be in thousand island and caviar was in Russian dressing. Both are quite easy to make yourself as well.

Hello Adam just thought I’d give a shout out about the cottage cheese on your salad I do that too and I put pickled beets cut up and if I’ve had a lot of sun and sweat day I will add either deal pickle catch small pieces and or olives also I put some shredded fresh sprinkles and mix it all up with ranch dressing and for a change sometimes another type of dressing anyway love you I hope the bird got a french fry he was really singing for his supper👍🏻

Fun hamburger hack...in the interest of keeping all the items in tact and in side the hamburger bun and not in your lap or on the ground, consider keeping the wrapping on the burger, about a third of the bottom of the bun, as you eat. Now all that wonderfulness that is the lettuce, onion, tomato, etc ends up in your mouth.
