That is the $1 Billion Dollar Question? My Personal Belief is it was Listed Schedule 1 for Logistics to Increase the Number of Arrests .and Expand DEA Funding. Only an Investigation into the Files would allow the American Public the Truth. The Controlled Substances Act (CSA) is a law that regulates the use, distribution, and possession of certain drugs in the United States. It was signed into law by President Richard Nixon in 1970. The Shafer Commission, formally known as the National Commission on Marihuana and Drug Abuse, was appointed by U.S. President Richard Nixon in the early 1970s Its chairman was former Pennsylvania Governor Raymond P. Shafer. The commission issued a report on its findings in 1972 that called for the decriminalization of marijuana possession in the United States. The report was ignored by the White House, but is an important document against prohibition. The DEA also ignored ALJ Young recommendation in 1988. This year the DEA has been in collusion with Prohibitionist Organizations. DEA needs to be INVESTIGATED.

We only need 37 states governors signatures to challenge that law

I haven't finished watching the video yet. But what about distribution of marijuana charges? Even legalized people have to get licensed or certified? Maybe a lesser or current charge for selling marijuana without being an "authorized" marijuana dealer?

To elaborate and clean up the live chat text I posted in the live feed, (for clarity): The Cannabis Industry has sectors: Agriculture/Hemp, Recreational/high THC, and Medicinal/Pharmaceutical. Within these sectors are subsectors. The subsectors of Agricultural cannabis are: livestock feed and bedding, soil amendments/fertilizers, textiles, building materials, postharvest processing facilities, and medicinal/herbal/food usage. The subsectors of Recreational Cannabis are: ancillary (lighting for home/indoor grows, pipes, rolling papers, etc.), drinks/edibles/extracts/flower for both recreational and medicinal/herbal use. The Medicinal/Pharmaceutical subsectors are insurance and research companies and pharmaceutical companies. With this breakdown, (elementary and lacking as it is), its' clear to see that an element of medicinal cannabis occupies the entire Cannabis Industry and is what has fueled its' re-acceptance within society for BOTH medical and recreational use as well as agricultural use. It's also clear, (to me anyway), that collaboration among large operators in all three cannabis industry sectors are 'must haves' at any table to discuss logistics in business and law for a 'win win' solution, without need for compromise since compromise is highly overrated. My question is, what is the 'win win' solution that considers all three Cannabis Industry sectors? *Including and especially with the interests of public safety in mind? I think the answer to that question, (and answers to more questions no doubt), is an effective pitch to make for proponents of the Cannabis Industry, (where one sector is not 'better than your sector' and attempting to back stab or cut others out of the picture). But, I could be wrong, I've been wrong before. I just don't think it is enough to gather as a sector of the industry in isolation of the other sectors in the industry and expect meaningful change... especially in a very slow-moving federal government. I get that most everyone is tired of the slow-moving federal government. I am too. I am mostly tired of the lack of systems thinking in logistics and business planning among cannabis supporters who cheer, 'hooray for our side' only from those urging release of people incarcerated for cannabis use to those urging the rescheduling of cannabis from schedule 1 to 3. This divisionary stance is... ummm... weird to put it mildly and certainly not the kind of attention the cannabis industry can use productively. Anyway, cute puppy distractions again. Seeya. And thanks for the great listen.

Got this song to go with the drama in the cannabis industry, (referring to 'hooray for our side'): Buffalo Springfield, "For what it's worth"
