Like with Dr. Stone, when I started watching it it was only on ep 2, and so I had to wait one week between episodes, but the manga was already WAY ahead, and so I was like fuckit imma read the manga and then watch the anime afterwards when it catches up. Did the same with Naruto. Manga was further ahead, read it and then marathoned the anime when it was done.

@@knowcomment4525 for me i prefer manga because for action series the battles all flow better without feeling fine forced or drag out, in supernatural and mysteries series they are a lot less censored and in general most series has better art styles compared to their adapted counterparts. How ever for drama and romances, and other such series the animation and music all drive to make the series even better.

The only reason I got into manga is because uh *sometimes the anime is trash* and the manga is pretty good. I've seen some people though that think they are on a different level of intelligence because they have the reading comprehension to read what's essentially an anime comic book and just completely dump on the anime. Then they are like "something bad happens to *this* character 😬" I remember when the My Hero season 4 trailer came out. Oh boy the manga readers in that comment section. But I really hate that I am associated with other manga readers that spoil stuff like that. Also when people tell other people "You not ready for next episode/chapter" "I know you just started the series but episode/chapter X is the greatest thing ever!" and all those comments pisses me off so much. I don't understand how so many people think that telling someone something is going to happen at a certain point that they aren't up to isn't a spoiler. Nah the manga and webtoon/manhwa English communities are pretty close to each other, kinda like the fgc. They all use the same sites (like r/manga, baka-updates, mangadex), and most scanaltion groups will translate manga, manhwa, and manhua (unless you're reading the official translations from Naver). The spoiling shit is still gunna happen I think sadly.
