The spice level is a nice touch, i like this format and the trash talk/personal jabs at each other. Threat assessment could use some more attention though. With removal (just because you can doesnt mean you should, reasonably worse things come along) as well as paying for tithe/sentinel etc, up to the targeting with the card draw on Loran. But hey, maybe there are factors at play we as viewers do not see/are not aware of! :-) Do love the gameplay, would also love to see some of the low spice games!

I’m pretty sure Eddie was liberal with his removal because he can flash it back later, but paying taxes was definitely overlooked in these two games. We have some Spicy and Mild games on the calendar, so keep an eye out for those!

Called it on Heliod lol haha, but hey, it was targetted early game quite a bit so there was that...For a while I debated whether not hitting Omnath with the Beast Within was a good call and going after Tithe but then I remembered I have a Heliod list and Tithe+Wheels were dangerous, and that was a short moment of contemplation because that was exactly what happened lol. I do want to build the deck irl but like I said on the last video, don't think I will get to play against the same people more than a game or two with it...He is for sure going in my Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis group hug deck though! (Wincon is popping Divine Intervention)

Great game again. Omnath almost did it's thing. Maybe fifth time is the charm 😂? Would really like to be able to see the graveyards on the screen though. The latest layout update removed them and I haven't been a fan of it.

Wouldn't culling ritual destroy the omnath enchantment as well? Its supposed to be 0 mana right? Anyway, good video! Had fun.

Myrkul creates an Enchantment Copy of the creature, and Copies of permanents have the same mana value/CMC as the original permanent, so the Omnath Enchantment counts as a 5 mana permanent. Tokens that are NOT copies do not have a mana value/CMC, so they do get hit by Culling Ritual.

I think the best part of the both games was Brent's face when he knew Matt had the win. It was the look of utter defeat, LMAO! As always, great game. That Heliod win at the end was *chef's kiss*.

She does turn off Heliod from flipping, and stops the humans from being able to tap for mana with Katilda and Cryptolith Rite. So she’s a stack piece in that way, but she’s easy to remove.
