Been a part of the Dark Somnium community since Ronnie was still working out the finer points of his craft and the stories weren’t as intricately done as they are now with the sound effects and multiple narrators helping to flesh out the characters, and all I can say is I’m proud to have watched him go from a little guy to somebody that I feel could feasibly be placed on the same pedestal as MrCreepypasta all while remaining as humble and wholesome as ever. 😊

Currently listening - Model villages are a huge centerpiece of my family. We have been slowing down on our holiday displays because we lost so many pieces in the move that we've had to start from mostly scratch. Despite the lost 60 year old village homes and business buildings, we're trying. So I'm very excited to hear this story! Where I'm at, I'm already loving where this is going!

I have to say I've always loved the way you do flashback narration with an old-timey filter and then fade to normal to avoid the annoyance of huge portions being behind a filter, but also clearly indicating the difference in speaker. It's such a small thing but it has a big impact.

0:59 I love this about channels but especially about this one. I have Parkinson’s and blood cancer at 28, in a wheelchair and bed rest for the most part. I spend a lot of my time listening to a lot of storytelling/audiobooks and this is the only channel I still come back to for horror pieces. They’re so well curated and the acting is so elevated from other places + you can really tell you about the channel a great amount too. Plus the upload rate helps. To get top quality and quantity at the same time as rare, thanks for your hard work. 🥰
