Will see Aldious live with their buddies Cyntia later this month. Burrn are bringing Cyntia back for one night, they asked Cyntia to name another headliner, and Cyntia requested Aldious. For Aldious vocalist Re:NO and drummer Aruto are returning for that show. Brings back memories. Geez Japan has a lot of good all-female bands.

This is an early concert not long after they became popular, and this is a well known track, and a banger, but not a top five song. It’s a perfect opener. This is RAMI on vocals, and although she’s quite different from RE:NO, she’s bloody good.

Awesome. I didnt think this was going to score that high due to the audio not being the best, but im happy to see it didnt create to much of an issue. This was Aldious's 1st recorded live performance and this was the only performance recorded with the original co-founder and vocalist Rami. These girls do an awesome job with making sure every member shines equally. Aldious is a band that does think their setlists out. They have songs like this they use as openers and they have songs that specifically are written for later in the set or encore songs. A little back story on this song. This performance was recorded during their "Determination" tour. The Determination tour was promoting their brand new album titled "Determination". The opening song of their new album Determination was this song Disclose. So not only was this the opener of the new album but they also made it the opening song for the tour to follow the release of the new album. Not so sure about that chord progression but thank you for explaining it. I would shorten the intro a bit by having the music and the first band member emerge at the same time. However they are playing this show and I am merely watching it. A good show opener, as you explained. Your score was higher than I guessed. Glad you are enjoying these Aldious songs as much as I am.

I have seen this type of intro from a lot of Japanese bands, they generally have backing tracks running during that. They also generally have the vocalist come out last. A couple of bands I can think off where I have seen this from this generation (at least the members) include Band-Maid, Lovebites, Fate Gear to really new ones like PaleNeØ (I know you don't know them, you might have them in the queue somewhere). So I have a feeling it is somewhat of a thing over there to do this.
