I'm a casual Volbeat fan and I've heard this song before but not live Pretty good energy and the band did interact but I would never have known that was Hank Sherman unless they introduced him haha I was a MF fan and by extension KD so it was a nice surprise

I feel good about the score, too. In all honesty, I wasn't planning on requesting the song until I found that video. The performance isn't anything amazing, but I figured it still adds something. And yeah, I made no mention of Hank Shermann to have that moment in the reaction.😁I also thought of the channel with Michael's repeated "Are you ready?" Hank played 74 shows with Volbeat for the tour that year, since one of the guitarists had left the band. Michael being a big fan of King Diamond led to those two becoming acquainted, and later the guest vocals on Room 24.

People asking you to rate songs played LIVE need to have their internets disconnected. A live performance will never have the nuance and clarity of a studio performance. Tempos often vary and vocally it's never as good. One of their most boring songs, with very little dynamic. It's a song. Not an interesting one though. They've got 60 songs WAYYYY better than this one. At least David is awesome as usual but yeah.....boring otherwise.
