Amazing, I'm literally looking at several M&A transactions that happened in 2023 in Silicon Valley Business Journal-USA. These are multi-billion dollar businesses that have SOLD not publicly announced. Having access to knowledge on how to buy million dollar businesses is absolutely phenomenal.

19:05 - In regard to the draw down on the invoice financing facility, who is the invoice addressed to? The seller, the buyer, or someone else? I’ve been ruminating over something similar, and would love to know this answer.
