I’m sorry, not for me, I’ve found the least expensive woman is the one you pay for. I can budget my time and money and devote time to my hobbies and fitness. I’ll give you a story to illustrate, I used to own a largish yacht, I was dating a lady who liked to go out on the yacht on weekends, she wasn’t interested in learning to sail. In season I would put in one or two afternoons into the evenings doing maintenance on the yacht, so I could sail on weekends. The lady I was dating bawled me out for “spending more time on the boat than with me”. She never offered to help or even just keep me company while I was doing the work, even after I gave her the invitation. When I ended the relationship she wanted to know why, I simply told her I’d come to the view we were not long term compatible and left it at that.

I think age is overrated anyway, when it comes to finding a partner. Common interests are far more important than a similar (or different) age. My girlfriend and I both like gaming, fantasy, role playing, and we both write fantasy stories. The fact that I'm 40 and she is 28 is just coincidence and in no way as important as the things mentioned before.

i must comment, menopause doesn't actually destroy the marriage, it's the sharp decline in the playtime (sexually) that's what leads to the marriage problems. from a man's point of view, it's a lot easier to deal with her "craziness" when you're getting layed on a regular basis, vs. not. 😉 (this only applies to the woman who upon entering menopause, become icebergs, (not wanting to be intimate) some women actually enter it and it kicks her sex drive up)
