I've been hearing this on the radio on my commute but the station's info scroll has been stuck on a Bob Marley song for 6 weeks so I couldn't figure out what it was. I finally remembered enough lyrics to google it and I can't believe I didn't recognize that it was The Decemberists. Its not like there is any other band that sounds anything like them.

This video is visually beautiful but still sucks. And the music is wonderful, too. But it skips about a quarter of the lyrics. What the hell is this?I stopped listening at :55. I'd already heard it on the other official video and this was just an annoying tease. I hope some third party comes up with a full set of lyrics, even if it's all text.

Huh? The only skipped lyric is 2:06. And I am pretty sure that is an artistic choice since the line is kind of an aside. Unless you count them skipping oh’s and the backing vocals (which also don’t come in until after the first 55 sec).

@@lesferch blank tombstoned lyrics :06 - :13, the first 1.5 lines of the song. Again :46-:55. Again 1:42-147. 2:05-2:11. 3:50-3:50. These are all times when the singer is singing and there are no corresponding lyrics in fron of you. Don't get me wrong. I love the Decemberists and this song. I've also watched the live version. I am looking forward to the release in June. I have everything they've already released. I have tickets to see them this summer... I just have a thing for reading lyrics because I don't always hear well...
