Anyone have a extra spot, i lost my rite to hunt the land i have hunted since the mid 80's. Last year i tried public land for the first time and it was a complete joke. There were pumpkins everywhere. I had never seen so many people in the woods it felt verry unsafe and i never seen a deer...go figure! I am going to give it another go this year but if it goes anything like last year i may just make this my last season because public land deer hunting in Minnesota is a complete joke.

You have to go to public land that is far from populated areas and doesn’t have big parking areas and trails etc it shouldn’t be crowded

@@trimmin420 that’s unfortunate I am lucky because I live in a rural area with national forest scattered all over the place so my hunting areas are pretty much unlimited.

@@osar2870 I had never gone deer hunting on public land until the last 2 years both years with no clue where to go i just went out on a "adventure" that turned out to be a absolute joke from the second the sun came up. Not one person seemed to give a rats behind about the next person it was like a Black Friday Best Buy/Walmart first one gets the biggest tv for a dollar kind of thing everywhere i tried. Unsafe was just the start.
