3:21 I totally get what you mean. It’s not that they ARE scarier or more dangerous than the lions, it’s that the way they walk and carry themselves - long and low to the ground, the silhouette of their bodies defined by their sloped back and high shoulders - makes them look more intimidating than the lions to me as well. They’re beyond gorgeous, but there’s something about them that LOOKS dangerous.

scent and vision aren't the same, that's how it works. animals may smell another species scent, but the visuals are still present which tell said animals, that it is dean. a dog won't attack you just because you smell like a cat; it will acknowledge the cats scent, but it can still see with its eyes that you yourself, are not a cat. hope that makes sense :). cheetahs are also the only other socially bonded big cats next to lions. they are extremely affectionate towards their loved ones, like humans are, and they can develop relations outside of their own species. cheetahs have been documented mothering babies from another species. they can also be identified through what i refer to as "black tears". a cheetah has distinctive black lines from their eyes to their mouths, and also have naturally dislocated shoulders that are not attached to their collar bones, allowing more freedom within mobility which gives them the epic speed record they have amongst big cats.

He's had them all since they were babies aside from the cheetahs and sadly one of the brothers Madiba died recently. He was bitten by a black mamba 😢

Yes and no the lions are now in a wild portion their camps are quadruple what other sanctuaries offer. He is building and fencing in more space to have more Wild living areas. I hope he rescues another cheetah since one of the brothers died shortly after this video from a snake bite 😢

Cheetahs are the most friendly of the big cats and most prone to be domesticated, like a dog for example

rather be more scared of leopard than a cheetah... full grown human can fend off cheetah... and Puma is more dangerous than a cheetah
