There is lack of a credit system here, so everything has to be paid upfront, your house, your cars etc etc. Probably why he said he ran out of money to purchase a bigger fridge.
@TheDemouchetsREACT Жыл бұрын
The fridge worked well with the design, so he didn't miss out on anything.

He probably didn't pay for/complete payment for most of electronics or services render coz he's an influencer & the company might agree he pay less and then influence their product, and services

With smart homes, you can have safety locks on thingsw such as the TV and even certain channels. It just takes a unique sort of programming for certain things, it's all workable!

Actually, he doesn't really need to work to keep his home cos it's already his home and it will always be his home. In Nigeria, once you've paid for your home, it's yours and can NEVER be taken from you even if you fall on hard times financially. There are no property taxes or mortgages in Nigeria. You only need to pay for your home once and it's yours forever unless you decide to sell it. Lagos is a gold mine for luxury real estate.

Back in the day in Nigeria we did keep shoes under the bed, but now all that has changed. Now people either get a shoe rack or their wardrobes have an area for shoes. Nigeria just had her elections to choose a new president.

You see why Nigeria is so cheap...that house is only $90k! You can't get that type of properties for that amount in Europe or the US

@@Danorous obviously, but you can't call something cheap comparing it to america. Is it cheap for Nigerians that are actually going to be buying such house? Considering our gdp per capita, minimum wage etc is quite poor

This home is in Lagos Island which is very high end and expensive. But the place has flood problems certain months of the year. I think it’s June to July or so. I bought my home outside Lagos on a more dryer ground. If you guys wants to go to Nigeria and you need hook up’s get in touch I live in Md near Washington DC. You can rent a well secure home yearly until you make up your mind if you want to buy.
