I am in the ongoing process of house-hunting. This has been happening for most of the past 4 years. As a realtor Steph knows the time and energy involved. Apparently I need some eucalyptus leaves for my shower. I added that to my list. I learn so much from this channel plus it's very entertaining.

Hi Steph!!! I was just curious to find out if you ever went to school to be a teacher at all. You have sooo much patients whenever u do your videos,even if it doesn’t go well the first time. You certainly take the time to do things correctly and not cut any corners. I absolutely love the way u are able to use the things u grow and turn them into wonderful things to help nourish your family. I also get a kick out of the “cookies you bake” and have everyone on “Morrow Hill” to try them.” Hope u have a great weekend and great week ahead.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Great video Steph!❤ I just figured out what I was doing wrong with oil, I was making for my hair, thanks to you! I was using Rosemary with olive oil and castor oil, but I didn't let the Rosemary dry out. I was using fresh! Since then I've gotten Rosemary oil and just add that to the oils. Love your videos ❤

I am always working when I watch your videos. I swear I hate to miss one thing so I have to rewind it like 5 times 😂. This was very interesting. Could you take that oil once its sat for those 5 days in the sun, and use it say in your air cleaner or any item that you can add essentials oils to, to get the fragrance smell?

I’m glad you said you are using flowers grown in the USA, but the links you provided, the herbs/flowers are grown in Albania, Egypt, and France. I was able to find growers in the USA. The importance of that is how the plants are irrigated. There are some countries that irrigate with sewage water. 😢 I love using Organic Grapeseed oil.

Hint: olive oil can go rancid easily. Better to use Avacado or grape seed oil or a high heat oil. Especially if using heat. Usually better for skin too. But more expensive. My first year growing medicinal herbs and I am finally in process of tincturing and doing oil infusion. I’m hoping to get off pharmaceutical medicines. Lmbo. You are saying calendula all wrong. Lmbo “ca lend u lah”. I have trouble with names too. I am also doing soap (you inspired me) and creams and salves. Wish me luck. Gonna need it.
@venidamcdaniel1913 Жыл бұрын
Another hint. Next year grow calendula. Bees love it. Very pretty. Easy to dehydrate and with just a few plants you will have all you need. The absolute best for skin and other things for making skin cream and healing salves.

Good video!!! I like you are NOT using EO. Something I learned was when infusing oils you should keep them out of the sun. The sun will deteriorate the plant material and cause the oil to go rancid quicker. I place the jars on my seed heating mat in a dark place for 4-6 weeks.

I love these oils, I am very interested in herbal medicine and calendula (pronounced kalenndula) is anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and can be used for all sorts of wound treatments, as in an ointment. It's also very beneficial in keeping the skin soft and healthy, very good for you if you work much with soil. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
