When you very first started your channel, I was literally like, well I really like Buddy, but I just don't know about Steph, she seems kinda snooty and know it all, but guess what, I can admit when I am wrong. Steph you are adorable and sweet. I actually finding myself searching to make sure I haven't missed a video.. You and Buddy keep up the good work, love it..

I love you videos Stephanie. You are a multi-talented lady. I would like to make one suggestion, when making your videos in your kitchen you need to use your mic that you use outside. It sounds tinny and is hard to understand you sometimes. When you come close to the camera you sound better and then you walk away and it goes back to tinny. Again, you are so talented and good with all you do, plus you your sense of humor rocks!🤗💖

My yard is covered in wild peppermint and wild strawberries, so it smells wonderful right after it’s mowed! Unfortunately, the strawberries only produce tiny little berries which are only good for bird food, but that’s fun to watch also.

I love coconut oil for many things. I like using it alone as a moisturizer, my daughter uses it on her dog who has skin allergies. It's the only thing that keeps him from scratching himself to pieces. Oh I also make a coconut, cinnamon, clove (or pumpkin spice) mix to put in my burner in place of candles or the wax. This is the only thing that doesn't bother my copd, yet makes my house smell good.

G'day Steph. I have excessively dry skin so I use products that have no sulfates, parabans etc. I've thought about making my own because these products are expensive. But I couldn't use lye, which on googling, I discovered is called caustic soda in Australia. So I'll have to do some more research on non lye products.

Lye is used to make oil become soap, and there is no substitute for it1. Sodium hydroxide is used for hard bar soap, while potassium hydroxide is used for liquid soaps1. However, baking soda can be used as a substitute for lye by spreading it out on a baking pan and putting it into the oven at about 250-300 degrees Fahrenheit for about an hour. This changes the chemical properties in the baking soda to make it behave more similarly to lye2. I found this on the internet but have not tried it! I love you and Buddy's how to do videos.!

Just some questions... when you place the plastic spoon, you stirred the lye mix into the water and then placed in your metal sink; wouldn't it ruin your metal sink it laid on? Same with you using the metal spoon at the end to place the lavender buds on top of the soap. As you push the buds down into the soap, wouldn't the spoon be ruined touching the wet soap product? I'm just asking because I have a cast iron sink and don't know enough about chemicals and reactions to metal. I love these kinds of soaps and want to do this.

I read an article on Olive oil,and it talked about cold press, and authentic Olive oil, the cost,so my question to you is what is the name of your Olive oil, and Sunflower oil, and how do you know they are authentic? I'm not being critical, I just wanted to make sure those oils won't damage my hair😊❤

Stores like Michaels Sells a soap base that you melt, then add in your other ingredients. I have used them, they work great. I also read that anything you use in your soap making, when using Lye, do not use for anything else. I also read that it is good to use bamboo spoon for stirring, plus a bamboo cutting board for when you cut them into bars after setting for 2 weeks. I see you are using a plastic spoon, is that information incorrect?
