TV show potential: Weapon-X would be a useful backdrop/story for future of Wolverine, Deadpool, and Captain America as they could do back story for past super soldiers tied to Falcon/Winter Soldier show and future Captain America movies. Could even have an episode explaining the Cpt America vials lost by Peggy Carter and with Steve showing up after the war from Endgame, could also have Chris Evans show up in some episodes (Nomad) and there be blood or DNA trace left behind that helps the Weapon X program.

Look up Prophet and Rashid from the Chaos organization. They've called him an agent of chaos. And those characters have a lot of relevance to this movie. Rashid attempts to kill Ross and the leaked set photo makes Giancarlo look like a bounty hunter. Prophet is the leader of chaos and has connections to Black Widow.

What if you’re overthinking it. And “the series” already exists. In the season finale of X-Men97 they revealed a likely time traveling version of Kang in ancient Egypt. Like DC Studios has announced, where their actors will play both live action and animation roles, maybe Giancarlo is playing Kang / RamaTut in that series. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Simple answer

I think this character is a mash up of weapon plus peeps. He must be a military guy with a scientific background. This can lead to a super soldier series with this new guy played by Esposito. Maybe a creation based of some weapon x creating mutant hating villian

Perhaps it's Nomad. If there's any character from Captain America with a duster, it's Nomad. The Nomad comic was quite progressive. It's puzzling why they haven't developed that character in the MsheU. Nomad, did, end up with long hair, resembling Bruce Jenner in a wig. Nonetheless, it was a compelling series, especially the "Deadman's Hand" crossover. However, they didn't do justice to good ol' Jack in the Winter Soldier run*. *Captain America v5 #7 - Jack!

It’s going to be a combination of Machete and Prophet. The 3 knives on his chest are a sign of Machete. Machete knives turn into 3ft swords and he’s an elite assassin he has a huge history with Captain America. Prophet runs an organization called “Chaos.” He’s a human mutant and he can teleport and has precognitive abilities he knows what’s coming. I think he’s going to be one of the bridges to the multiverse on 616.

He might also be playing Daryl Smith, who is another secret agent character (also created by Larry Hama) whose motives are a little more ambiguous. I should point out that both characters in the comics are African Americans. So I hope that my theory turns out to be right since I want to see Marvel bring their lesser known black characters to the big (and small) screen instead of race bending some crappy or lesser known/less popular C to Z list white character.

People have no clue, because they do not know a damn thing about comics 🤣! He is most likely going to play the MCU version of the Reaper, aka Eric Williams, aka Wonder Man's brother. They will probably combine him with other characters from Marvel, but at the end I am pretty sure who he is going to play. And, as in the comics, he will be responsible for Wonder Man creation and the Wonder Man series is the series where he will show up, maybe, as the main villain, while he will be simply teased in Captain America 4. How people cannot think about this? He mayches perfectly the character's description! But anyway... you can thank me later, guys! 😀
