4:06, wrong. Here also he has failed, on admin role or woman participation as per other judge or advocate's statement on CyC. Problem is with citizen as usual, not with CJI. Fun fact is, we always have zero expectation from CJI or judge or advocate! Hence, whatever they deliver, we become happy. It looks like they are doing charity. If we keep expectation from someone and if he/she fails to meet, we make him/her to meet or punish for not meeting, but not applicable in for CJI or Judge or advocate as never ever have any expectation from them. His farewell speech is also substandard. Bail for A to Z and troll to be unemployed. Is bail of Arnab comparable with Zubair's bail? Has CJI done what he was supposed to do? Is Ayodhya judgment unbiased? Many judges have raised serious allegation against him. Again, there was never a checklist! 19:20, good example of J&K, Delhi and Maharashtra. 21:56, On 05 judges, I found a flaw here. 4 hindu judges: 1 muslim judge! So wrong for such critical dispute.

I had huge hopes when Chandrachud came in. But quickly I realised that he never did anything critical. He just started, but he never did anything to change the wrong. For me the first time was with UBT shiv sena. I saw he said the right thing but there was no follow up. The speaker never followed the verdict. There was no impact. Then there was Umar Khalid. I gave up when I realised Umar Khalid stopped applying for bail.

I remember when CJI gave verdict about electoral bond ,this blindfollowers were calling him hero .
