28:26 Quick tip: Using a exposure adjustment layer (or curves etc) when trying to brighten or darken parts gives you a lot more control because of the aditional gamma and offset sliders you're provided with opposed to only being having black & white when using a softlight blend mode.

I love this tutorial but it would be so helpful in the future if you are using an app to display your keystrokes as you work. Because you are not explaining every action as you go along it would help us to figure out what you are doing step-by-step. Thanks for the video, I’m looking forward to following along in Blender.

Please do green screen compositing like walking a character on green screen with tracking points then add this environment on it. What you think about this idea?

At 18:18 why is the helmet material applied also to the place of the red material, when it is not selected? Great video btw :D
@Rescan2 жыл бұрын
That was an error on my side. Accidentally applied the material to the other parts as well. I placed a cut there to get away with it, but you have good eyes my friend 🤣

Hello, I am working on a 3d project in blender and it's almost done. Now, I want to create some texture combinations (Noding textures) and get render. For example, there are 3 objects and some textures for each object, there are some combinations like that and the combination number is 2300 which is impossible to create it one by one. (By the way render will be animation render) How can I do it rapidly and short way. Can you please help me? Thanks.
@stuartdoyle992 жыл бұрын
Hi, when doing the duplicating of the objects in a row, are you using the array modifier for this? Thanks also for the great video!

I'm curious.. for the pipes you started with a plane... then deleted everything and did vertices... then converted to a curve... Why didnt you start with a curve?
@Rescan2 жыл бұрын
Because the handling of vertecies is a lot easier. Try it yourself. If you work wit curves it is really time consuming to get the corners right. But with a mesh you can simple press e a bunch of times, select all, Ctrl+Shift+B to bevel all corners to the exact amount you like and then convert everything at once. It is a lot faster.
