@@TheDisgruntledMechanic Mike we don't have any safety inspections in Ontario and starting in last January no more license plate stickers on non comercial vehicles or bikes . They refunded back all the fees back to 2020 , I got a $900 refund .

Mike first thing to checkout is it an EV bike. If so it might need a new lithium battery which could be sent to you directly from central Africa.
