This 10th house was sooo on point Alyssa. I have sun and moon in 10th and Dad was not around, so my Capricorn mom just worked all the time and me, I was the stay at home mom for my siblings. I'm 55 now and JUST finding a little success in the career area. I've been single a really long time because I have never felt (worthy) of a love relationship without having a big career and money to go with it. Finally! :D I got my Sag sun in the 10th house but my MC in Scorpio and my entire life, I had this inner voice that forced me to do things and be good at them. My mom always had to work when I was a kid and I grew up on my own and even though no one told me to do my homework I always did it and I always learned because I knew this was what will get me to the top. My moon is conjunct Jupiter in Capricorn very close to my midheaven. My mom was a stay at home mom who homeschooled me and my brothers (3rd 4th house cancer/Leo). She taught me to journal every day. I am a writer and I'm about to publish my memoir this year (10th house Aquarius and Venus in the 10th). My mom's mom died when she was 8 and I have felt that I matured a part of myself that she never fully did. She also believes that I could be her mother coming back to be with her, which also made me feel a responsibility towards her that I don't think I would if she still had her mother around. Also, my mom started going back to college in my teens. She was an amazing student and got a job with the college right after graduating. She has been working for colleges ever since and has recently gone back to school to further her education. I'm sure she will be a student for the rest of her life if it's possible! - it's SO moon/Jupiter ninth house Capricorn. She's also the one who showed me that I can achieve my goals in school! I dropped out of high school in 11th grade due to not wanting to do what everyone at school was doing (Venus in Aquarius 10th house) that was when Iran's was transiting my 10th house aquarius. I went to the college that my mom worked at and became an honor student, graduating before most of my peers were in their second year of college. School taught me that I can accomplish what I want to if I focus and work towards what I want. I'm an artist and writing a book was never a thought of mine until six years ago. I am not at all good with English but I'm still going for it! I have a Taurus rising, the ruler being Venus, which is in Aquarius in the 10th. With all this Aquarius energy (Feb. 2021) I am going to start a reading group with my novel at our local Barnes and Noble this week 😊👍. I've thought my book would be at this point years ago BUT the timing wasn't right. Now it is! I see that with astrology ’timing’ is a lot of it! I married my first husband when Jupiter came into my 7th. I got divorced after my Saturn returned to my 7th house and I met up with my first kiss (from high school) again the day Jupiter went retrograde in my 7th house. We've been together ever since. What Alyssa said around 4:30, comparing the AC with the Midheaven made me wonder.... do people often estimate the Midheaven of someone correctly, yet mistakenly believe that what they've guessed is the Ascendant sign? Thinking "oh, I have them figured out, they act like this all the time, so that's their rising sign" even though they should be saying "I SEE them act like this or that". ??? I haven't had this much fun learning something esoteric since my friend first taught me the basic "Fool's Journey" in the Tarot and got obsessed with that. I'm equally obsessed with astrology now, and it's definitely thanks to Alyssa, keepin us sharp!!

I have Sun 10H. Yeaaah the ego is pretty sensitive to 10H things. It took a lot of setbacks, disappointment and failure (that led to ego death/transformation) for me to finally figure out and construct a vision of what exactly it is that I want to do. Libra MC, Venus 10H. I am admired to an extent due to my talents and natural charm from my skills. It is nice to have it there because even my mistakes have been brushed over and authorities/adults just remember the positive impact I left behind. Which is nice. And then I have Chiron there as well. Pretty painful. My 10H is a mixture of many things. But this is a very informative video! Thank you so much!
