This is such a fun way to instantly transform and old piece of clothing or shoes.
Adding a high shine, metallic pop to as much or as little of the piece as you want!
TIPS
Test your material first to see if peeling out while cool or warm is better. Some materials transferred better cool, while others were better still warm.
This is an imperfect result so don't expect a smooth mirror like finish., Embrace the imperfection and go for a painted or crackled look!

This would look suuuper cool as a fake tie dye! Like making a tie or swirl with jeans (or any non elastic fabric) and apply the glue, foil, iron and then untie it!! Loveit

This is a cool way to add "fun" to clothes. I particularly like the crackling look of the boots. I think it's best because in that way the fold lines from walking and natural wear look intentional.

​​@@TheDIYDesigner Because I work with victims of trafficking and supporting legislation with safety of children, it concerns me that during this video Orly's young daughter's nipple can be seen twice. Once while playing on the bed and again as she was modeling shoes and dancing which caused her to dip. As women, we may not feel uncomfortable with partial nudity of children. This, however, is social media where children unfortunately may be sexualized. I would prefer this video be edited to remove her young daughter's underclothing exposure. I didn't have a way to contact Orly directly nor did I want to comment to be immediately viewable. This is why I am commenting here. I hope this comment will be deleted by Orly and the video edited. I am not trying to offend and I apologize, but please err to the side of caution with children? Thank you.

Dang I am glad you gave the disclaimer on the patent leather, BUT I feel like you should do it for us just as an experiment! It would be really good to know if it works as a sustainable way to upcycle patent leather shoes, because *generally speaking* patent leather is usually not used after it has been scuffed!

Yeah single income parents experience this all the time it just you. Glad mine are grown now because it was a sruggle. I was so hoping that I could save a pair of fake croc pleather boot that were pealing but probably can't use the iron, scratch that.
