Using Deco Foil Transfer Gel to create the fabric design I need

I finished leading my chair but couldn’t find the right fabric for the seat. I found an ultrasuede that was the perfect color but it desperately needed a pattern. So I created one!

Wash on cold and gentle and do not put in the dryer

yes it will but you can use our regular ArtsSyVille Foil Adhesive and that way it won’t require heat, which can be damaging to leather.

the gel is called Deco Duo Gel. it can’t be made at home. Unfortunately I don’t know where it can be purchased in Pakistan.

This foil can be used on all sorts of surfaces, depending on the adhesive. This foil is called Ramsey’s Roses Gold. We carry it at www.paintedstudio.com, along with the adhesives you need for almost any surface!

it is machine washable on cold, but do not put in the dryer. it can be used on t-shirts, jeans, sweaters, etc.

How long the adhesive takes to dry?

Hi! It depends upon how thickly it’s applied. For this, it took around 45 minutes. Just wait until it turns clear. And if you get where it is too dry to release the way it was shown in this video, you can use an iron on the foils to release them. I just suggest you used a tea towel, pillow case or piece of parchment over the foil before pressing.

@@linakhalid1502 you need specific adhesives. Deco makes 3 different ones - the one shown here, a liquid in a squeeze bottle, a spray that can go through a stencil (this one MUST be used with heat) and we have Heat Transfer Vinyl Adhesive. For hard, non porous surfaces, we have ArtsSyVille Foil Adhesive. Foils require specific styles of adhesives. Regular glues don’t work.
