zenon, I agree with your comment ! Hearing the screams of any any animal is heart breaking, the screams from animals in slaughter houses is unforgettable but the majority of people ignore this ,turn the other way and have no trouble eating the corpses of animals that screamed for mercy !

Maybe, but also think that there are many dogs living in the streets in Romania. Not necessarely being dumped, it could've already been born in the streets. In greece or morocco there also live lots of street dogs.

The person who owns this dog should be taken to court and have some jail time. This is a human creature may not be a person, but it has a life a soul. I would report them immediately and then asked to take the dog from the authorities.

You are an awesome person. I too found a dog. He was 120lbs though. I tried so hard to find his owners, then I knew, he was dumped at the school for someone to take him. I had him for 16 years until he crossed over, and like you, I just couldn't give him away.
