In the British isles, it used to be expected for men to show emotions as it showed sincerity and tenderness and I don't think anyone was mocking a knight for being moved by music. I just don't understand why people don't get their animals fixed and IF they have unwanted babies; why not take them to a No Kill shelter so they can have a better chance at life and be re-homed? this reminds me of when i got my cats, i was going through a rough breakup, my dad passed away. all within the span of 3 months, my friends tried to help. but my mom asked me if i wanted to go to the shelter to help her pick a cat out for her, got there and just being near the cats made me feel better. was looking at a couple for my mom, and she picked out three of them, didn't realize she was doing it for me, now i have 3 adult cats that make my life better just having them in my life. couldn't imagine being without them now.

I don't discriminate. Dogs, cats, squirrels, birds. I've had them all. My sister raised wallabies down in Georgia. She had ferrets, snakes, mice, 2 giant pigs, chickens as well as dogs and cats. I went down to take care of them when she'd take vacation. I was in heaven.

It heals my heart to see people as kind and loving as Brad, taking time to save this tiny little kitten. With all the meanness in the world, it is so good to see all the lovely rescuers on The DoDo. I'm also astonished when cats immediately get along - my pet cat as a child was like that, mothering our newer kittens, but as an adult, it's been war every time ;).

when i was old enough to have my own house, i would 100% be like this man. it hurts so bad when you saw cats that needed help but you can't do anything because your mom won't let you to. i had a cat, and it was a nerve-wracking moment for me, my sisters and my dad to announce it to my mom. in the end, we kept her, but 2 months later he died because of fip, and my mom won't ever let us have cats again. it hurts my heart so bad, so when i have enough money and all i will try to save animals who needed help as many as i can.

Sya, my mum got rid of any animal I had, always when I was at school. The trauma she put me through still haunts me today and I'm 58 years old. I keep my beautiful kitty's indoors, safe and loved 🌻💖🌻

Actually Kittens are incredibly calmed whenever someone grabs the scruff of their neck, there's a nerve that kinda calms them because its how their mother grabs them and carries them.

When I lived I Key Largo, I would ride my bike around the island every morning and again every afternoon to give food and water to stray cats. I wanted to take them home but our previously adopted kitty had issues and wouldn’t allow it. We did have a kitty we called Annie living outside that we cared for and “Bunnie” accepted her from a distance.
