I have an entire shelf, in one pantry cupboard, that is "full of beans" (dried). I eat a lot of bean salads in the summer, but if produce becomes scarce, bean salads are a great alternative. Thanks so much for the video!

Hi Sara Lynn. I will definitely be making the edamame salad! The southwest bean salad is almost identical to a Tex Mex dish I make now. I add chopped chicken breast, lime juice and chipotle sour cream into a tortilla wrap topped with sunflower sprouts. It is awesome! Thank you so much!

Okay, will have to try these. Except the store here only has frozen Edame (not sure that I spelled that right) which I'm sure would work when thawed. That second salad looked really good minus the hot sauce for me. And hot peppers. lol. I love crunchy salads. I like to make fresh Chicpeas over the canned. I don't like the canned kind. 🙂I love Cilantro.
