To everyone saying hardstyle sucks now, you're right, because "hardstyle" doesn't really exist anymore unfortunately, it's different sub-genres now, which is generally what happens in the music industry naturally. I personally love the og hardstyle as well as an awful lot that comes out nowadays, even though most of what comes out now that I like is from the older generation of hardstyle Dj's lol. Still salty about the direction the Showtek went, they introduced me to hardstyle, and now they're playing bs at festival mainstages, disappointing lol. All in all, amazing mix here. yeah of course they wouldn't be making old hardstyle its 2015, although early HS sounds really cool it can't stay in the same spot, look at disco, and trance. both have lost their flavour for not growing, need change to be able to grow. would be great to hear new producers incorporate the early sounds into the newer style

Hello :) I also just have 2 let u know this - well, lol, to begin with, I see myself as somewhat picky w/my music, especially in the world of electronic music. But I know & love that quality shit when I hear it. And dude~OMG...coming across this mix/file earlier today on here, mannn, can't even describe the powerful connection I instantly felt, extreme happiness cuz I was hearing the raw-ass sounds. *Then...something happened that literally made me jump 4 joy ---> okay, long story short, there's this part of an older school Hardstyle track that I've heard a few times in the past & fell in love w/it. Not even a full track, not sure what 2 call it. Anyway, so I have, NO JOKE, been searching & searching, etc. 4 ever, cuz I just wanted to hear it so bad!! This search has honestly been going on for well over a year, maybe 2+ by now (since my previous computer died on me & I lost my music). -- But, haha, all of a sudden...I hear the beginning of THE track...and I just went fuckin' nuts with happiness!!
