She's literally NOT his though. That's the only part that creeps me out. Autumn already HAS a dad - her biological father. And he's clearly not a POS since Gloria makes it a point to allow him to see his daughter and co-parent incredibly freely, and he clearly has a relationship with Autumn. THAT is who Autumn's dad is. Her dad isn't a drunk, absentee parent who wants nothing to do with her - he loves her. She's his daughter and he's her dad. Not this Brandon.

After several years of being miserable band trying to make it work with my son's father. I finally left him. By this time, my ex was in a relationship and had a child of his own. Which made very sad. And I started working and going to school. Years passed and finally at 26 we ended up together, had our own child and ended up married. We been married for 12 years. It was one of the most painful things I have done, because it feels like giving up and quitting when in reality its mostly self preservation. If I would have stayed like all of my family members I would have been unhappy. Getting to that mentality of "my happiness is worth more than this traditional relationship white picket fence vision" is HARD!

Wow. Maria really opened up in this podcast. I teared up for her. She had alot of serious decisions to make. I'm just glad she decided on Brandon. He's such a good dude. This is so different from watching the hilarious videos that Brandon makes. Im glad she's in a healthy relationship now (with one of the funniest people ever lol), and he totally loves Autumn. Brandon and Maria have such good souls. Im just happy they got together. I posted a "funny" comment about us gingers falling for the Latina ladies, but when I made that comment, I didn't watch the video through. So I'm sorry for sounding like a jerk. I can't wait to find my person.

I love your story. This story is real and honest and just amazing. I love that through everything; you guys made it back to each other in a better place for both of you and didn’t just rush into something. Thank you for sharing with us, you didn’t have to, but I’m glad you did!

Love isn't always pretty, romantic, blissful or exciting all the time. Love can be gut wrenching, raw, messy, overwhelming, complicated and sad. What makes a relationship beautiful is when 2 people refuse to give up on their love. If you always reflect on your love for each other and protect that love then you guys will be ok. In 4 days it will be me and my hubby's 9th year wedding anniversary. We have been through so much in such a short period of time and on many occasions we didn't think we would have made it this far but we have. I'm so grateful for our relationship now though. We have worked out most of our problems and our relationship just keeps getting better and better by the day. Real love doesn't acknowledge time.

Its 5 in the morning and I didn't know I needed to see this. I cried and laughed and related to this story in so many ways. Its a magical feeling when you find your "person" and its hard to explain to someone who hasn't experienced it. I'm new to Gloria and now new to Brandon. I now love you both and wish you the best!!

Wow I really felt it in my heart when Gloria was speaking about pretty much sacrificing her own happiness to give her Daughter What she felt was best at that time. This has been one of the deepest and most interesting stories I have seen on KZbin. It felt So real, I know it is a true story But I felt it was something refreshing to hear and see. There are so many fake stories on here That I quit watching story times completely! But I took a chance on this because I wanted to know how y'all met. Two people being their true self and sharing. None of that high energy, fake enthusiastic personality crap. Brandon I now know why Donation is So important to you as it is me. You had to live in your car....When some people Go through a hard time like that It makes you appreciate The Small things; It Makes you want to help others.

Wow. Just wow. Y'all are great. I appreciate your willingness to be forward and open with your story. I also appreciate your restraint in leaving out a part that I'm sure so many people were curious about, out of respect for the people involved that could be hurt by the inclusion of such information. That is true strength. Wishing the two of you many years of happiness.
