didnt hyeri later post a story saying she got emotional when getting the news of ryu junyeol and han sohee dating and having a trip in Hawaii. that she was upset by the fact that they talked about meeting up after their separation to maybe talk but was sad to see that he ghosted her and was with sohee. She posted that "interesting" story knowing fans would take it as her dissing their trip in hawaii. so hyeri fans went to call names to sohee which she replied back with the dog holding a knife meme. now it's ok for hyeri to get upset over her ex doing this to her and she was emotional but she should've known that ppl could take it the wrong way, which they did obviously. I love how fans are attacking the women when it was the mans fault for this misunderstanding. i think they should've maturely handled this in private over a call or meeting up. not do this whole indirect back biting for the public to see. it's so stupid.

Update! That im sure someone else mentioned but Hyeri confirmed that they were still together in Nov. 2023 and basically it was rocky but they met to talk about their relationship and hadnt seen eachothers since. Then she read about him dating Han So Hee and she said she reacted emotinally as the person Lee Hyeri and not the actress. Tbf reaction was pretty tame considering everything. 8 yrs together, havign a rough patch and the last thing you did was meet to talk about your relationship. Sounds like maybe she assumed they were taking time apart but werent officially broken up. Like how married couples get separated but are still together. Or maybe she knew the relationship was over but it wasn't officially over and was hurt that he couldn't break off an 8 yr relationship more cleanly before moving on.
