Heij Lads, You´re doing an awsome job but I have a tip for You: do not shut off the pump engine right away after running it hard, give it a chance to cool down for five minutes at idle. And do not run it wide open right away when it´s cold, give it some time to warm up. Finally check the oil every day and top it off if needed. These air cooled four strokes can take some abuse but only when treated proper. To close the case: change the oil BEFORE it became tar. If it states change oil every ten hours of runtime do it at five. In most cases that prolongs the life of a small engine because a lot of them don´t have proper oil filters and don´t store as much oil as they should. -Keep up the good work

I cleared a drain for my gardening customer. It ran similar to this, around the back of the house, through a neighbours garden and into another road. I'm trying to wash it up hill and wondering why it keeps flowing back. How I laughed, not.

Well that’s confusing! Maybe the original development was to the rear, with the main sewer…. And that road added in, with everything reversed through the gardens. People really ought to have this information pinned up in the garage or something, from the original surveys done or previous clearance. Especially confusing because the chap said he cleared the front one. Maybe it’s an interceptor channel for neighbouring houses, flowing into and through his property? 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️👍🏻😷

Why isn't the down flow pipe marked at the top of the manhole opening? Seems it would save A Lot of your having to reach into your customers sludge. A can of spray paint could save you tons of time.

The pressure doesnt always work, sometimes it's just the stubbornness or the awkwardness of hoe the drains are layed out which can cause the problem for us jetters, the equipment does so much it's the skill set of the engineer where the jobs get done 😁🍻👍👊
