Thank you! They told us that the last they sold was £545,000 and they told us that the next ones will be more expensive. They didn't have a price to give us, but they said will be around £600K.

Yes is unfurnished :) .But you can buy the show home and you can negotiate this aspect. Most of the show home they will be sold at the end. It Depends from developer to developer, but you can try to ask them. We know people who get the house fully furnished as the show home or with huge discount.
