Hey drew, my grandson had marker on his shorts and I used Rubbing Alcohol and rubbed it in the same way you done with the peroxide , then I used Dawn dish soap and warm water and repeated the scrubbing and rinse and scrub a little more and the marker came out of his shorts.

That’s awesome ! It really works I’ve had the same experience:) One time I did the same but overdid it and put my pants in the wash with a lot of rubbing alcohol on them, pulled the color from a colorful shirt 😂 lost some good white shirts that day

Ladies....permanent marker or ink....use hair spray!!! Either Aqua net in spray bottle or can. Spray it/drench spot in hair spray, scrub. Add extra if needed. Then I usually douse in my preferred stain remover (triple action Shout). Then toss in laundry and launder how you usually would. I check before drying to make sure it is all gone (respray and wash if needed) as drying will set the stain. Works every time. At least for me it has worked EVERY time!!!

If you add a clean cloth underneath the stain will also be absorbed into the cloth underneath. Cheap hairspray used before washing will lift ink stains, collar neck stains, and bottle of trouser street dirt.

Solution: add more permanent marker...Soak it in H2O2...let marker spread...Call it tie dye

Rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover comes right out with paper towel on the back change it as many times as possible and then wash it also if you marker disasters in your dryer magic eraser and nail polish remover
