Great video Francis! I passed first time at Goodmayes centre last year. My instructor gave me a great tip - to book a test for the early morning (mine was at 8:20am) so there was hardly any traffic and the roads were much quieter than it is later in the day. It only started getting busier as my test was coming to an end. Good luck to anyone with their test coming up!

I'm really excited for my test mid Sept. I've got an amazing instructor and I'm used to the roads having lived in Ilford my whole life. You should be able to drive anywhere but it is really helpful to know the nature of your test area.

If you think Goodmayes is hard, try Wanstead test centre which is just down the road from here. Has the lowest pass rate in the borough I think even East London and much worse than Goodmayes

Got my test in 2 days and I couldn't agree more 😭😭 it's so bloody difficult, I also learnt at night time, absolute worst! So so busy 😭😭 you're right about the sign at the entry of the road, if you miss it you're done for! Which isn't great - kinda nervous now but I think I've got this, hopefully I pass 🙏

The pass rate in goodmayes is around 43% the last time i checked (now around 37%, last time checked was May 2023)

For anyone in the area. I suggest Wanstead, it's pretty quiet around midday and its nice. Chingford is just B roads and longer roads Barking is ok as well, but not my fave Personally I like Wanstead, prolly cuz I passed there 1st time.

I have my test in goodmays tomorrow and there is ice on the road lol 😂 this video helps me know my driving instructor teaching me in these routes 😂 i only booked it there as wansted is a nightmare in the big roundabout and high fail rate. I heard barking & chingfod test centre is good place to take test centre

Hey Lily you can use 2 feet in an automatic but it's usually not a good idea. it's harder to control the car smoothly. but you wont be penalised for doing it if you do it well.

At 12.30. Any route. Expect dual carriageway route, roundabouts, mini roundabouts, lots of meet and greet, roads will be flowing. Not too busy for any particular type of roads. Hence, you could get any route. From an ADI
