Because even a talented drummer can't really make buckets sound that good. It's actually a bit irritating to hear knowing how much better it could be with real drums

This is what I miss about living near the city. Years ago, we'd go downtown to shop on the weekends. Some corners always had young kids beating on buckets & hub cabs. People would dance, the music was that good.

Makes me want to see you on the street and add another bucket. I use those 20L buckets, but I also have 30L steel ones, which might give a high-end Calypso sound…or a 250mm PVC tube (long) for a Bass.
