Just to Clarify, this is Kuro’s VERY FIRST Video, hence why some of the audio and editing is a bit iffy in quality, and he’s gone on record saying he made a few mistakes in the power-scaling, since it was his first time. For example, he severely downplayed Four-Arms and Humungosaur’s strength as well as JetRay and XLR8’s speed, while at the same time sorta overhyped Clockwork’s speed via time-hax. Don’t get me wrong, Clockwork’s got powerful time-manipulation, but I’m pretty sure that The Flash could still beat him, ESPECIALLY with the abilities and feats he’s displayed in more recent years of comics. Also, he was only able to vaguely describe the strength and powers of Humungosaur, Atomix, and WayBig. Fortunately, he does do a couple more videos later on that more thoroughly measure and explain what each of these aliens can do. My personal favorite is called “Ben10’s Greatest Feats Calculated”, so yeah, I’m looking forward to you eventually reacting to THAT one!🙂👍

Ben is definitely one of the most fleshed out. You said you have only seen young Ben which is possibly why. He had a lot of character development over time. Four T.V. series, multiple video games and movies. Two movies in particular are live action and also happen to be canon, the first being an alternate timeline playing into Ultimate Alien and the second taking place during Alien Force.

@@calebgoodman2076 it's been a long time for me to but one thing I remember Iv hated since they first came out is that the magic was a clear retcon so was the grandmother with psychic powers that looked like a lizard that knew about the omnitrox and was actually carrying it on her ship somehow I think they kept the ship in Omniverse but still glossed over who was flying it and made her the purple pink skinned energy race I remember repeatedly re watching to make sure I didn't miss anything and it still didn't fit

the first version Ben 10K is probably the coolest one I still remember the Fight he has with Kevin 11K(cause ofcourse he names himself that) after he returns Kevin is Winning he beats Ben out of his Four Arms transformation and then he hurts Bens Son which makes Ben angry enough to Turn into his then Biggest and strongest Alien called Way Big(the one that can cross its arms and fire off energy that can hurt living energy) he then imbeds Kevin in the pavement with a series of punches that shake the nearby buildings

It's startling how little people ACTUALLY know about Ben 10. When comparing him to other legendary heroes, people with next to no knowledge of the show just say "Well...he's just a ten-year-old with a few aliens." And nothing could be further from the truth. I love to watch people's faces when they realise Ben can beat next to anyone.

Ehhh people value him to high, but ye he's way stronger than people think. His main punch for the truly high scale is alien X and by those standards it's one or two steps above the weakest kind of that entity. They also have this tendency to lose people by bringing up irrelevant aliens, for example why even mention xlr8 in a battle with a version of Superman. Way faster than you'd expect especially due to later scaling but also might as well be a snail. You can respect a characters power without trying to put them at the top of existence, but you can also be reasonable about their limits without bashing them.

He made a follow up video that kind of extra debunked the people who claimed Green Lantern should still win against Ben 10. It's called "Why Death Battle's Animation Matters," and it made Death Battle *somewhat* reevaluate how they select different versions of the same character.

You keep insisting that video debunks the DB even harder but that isn’t true. I’ve seen at least 3 people say this to you. Especially that bit on “DB re-evaluating compositing characters”, because the general rule is all canonical source material or media that supports the primary material like TV shows. Hal isn’t a composite. Even if he didn’t survive Crisis, Rebirth combines pre and post crisis events in the DC timeline. But Hal already remembered pre Crisis events before Rebirth, so he was always the same person. If they were to truly make a composite Hal with all his best abilities and feats, he’d have his Parallax abilities, God of Light and Spectre, which would be a stomp.

Yeah that reboot is very real and very… unfortunate. Ben with his standard 10 aliens was able to take down Alien X, it’s really dumb. But yeah, this is a really good video which shows just how nuts Ben really is. Glad you enjoyed it

For one thingThe Alien X in the reboot was different from the Alien X of the main series and arguably defective from its haphazard transformation on an angrily Fourarms battered omnitrix and it was defeated by multiple Bens working together, not just Reboot Ben, which people tend to miss

Or at least ones which could never regularly contend with a celestialsapian. Also idk how it was defective, but it takes a lot to go from having an Alien X who could take a universal attack without even noticing it (even with the voices debating, that still means that Alien X wasn’t even defending itself) to an Alien X who loses to a couple of Ben’s with (relatively) low tier aliens

Yeah this is why I thing the GL fight was BS. But the debunked video already got it cover but this is just more fuel to the fire. Also what’s makes the reboot even worse it is like many other reboots dumbed down to super childish story characters and design ie It is the teen titans go of Ben 10🤮. There was a good special where it had a bunch of Ben’s from alt timelines and his future self. One did look like the actual original Ben 10 but it wasn’t actually him, and was actually played as serious which is the only good episode of tie reboot.

While it's debatable whether Alien X or Green Lantern would win, trust me Hal has insane feats just like Alien X. Kuro's argument in his 2nd response about Hal being composited falls flat on its face. First of, let's for the sake of argument say that Death Battle composited Hal, fine, but it's clear that they didn't gave Hal all of his feats even if he was composite. Kuro made up his own version of a composite Ben to show that Ben can keep up. The problem is, even the most powerful composited Ben possible would lose to an ACTUAL composited Hal, because compositing Hal would give him Spectre's powers. So yeah, people just like jumping on bandwagons without knowing what they're arguing against.

Literal god is not very strong or descriptive way to describe someone. Superman is not a literal god, he is only god like. And so is ben 10 so thats kinda moot. Ultra instinct really isn't a trump card or anything, and technically ben 10 could literally just give himself omniscience but that would break celestial sapian legal laws.

I do really think kuro/ink tank knows what he's talking about when it comes to ben 10. I genuinely don't think he's (completely) bias towards ben when it comes to videos like this and the ben vs hal video, even if I don't agree with some of his takes.

@@phantomofmalus7054 I'm aware thst all past main universe being fully canon thanks to Infinite Frontier, the Green Lantern still isn't universal. And that's even with his personally made ring that boosts his power. At best, he's a solar system level character (aka Herald-level). Has there been a version that is universal? Yes, but that was dependent on a specific set of cirmstances (Ion, Parallax, Life Entity boosting him), in very specific situations that don't normally come from the character. For example, I'm not gunna attribute the feats of Superman Prime One-Million (aka Golden Superman) to prime earth/new earth Superman because they are totally different characters. And I'm not attributing Hal's feats as the Spectre or Parallax to what he can normally do. So yes, both Hal and Superman now have the histories of their the pre-crises, Post-Crises/Zero Hour, New 52, and Rebirth versions. However, just because the continuities are now realigned, and past feats are now canon, doesn't actually mean that they still apply. By this I mean, restoring the history didn't suddenly make them planet jugglers, capable of sneezing solar systems into other galaxies, or pull a long string of planets by themselves, or spontaneously develop an impossible set of new powers on a whim to solve a situation. The only reason their past selves had such power was because the multiverse allowed them to develop that way. Unless stated otherwise-e.g. Superboy Prime, Thawne, or Psycho Pirate-the feats don't carry over because in some ways the characters were still changed. When the multiverse (the continuity) changed, so did they. Infinite Frontier restored the history of everything, including bringing back several characters, but the multiverse itself (which is infinite again) didn't retroactively restore the Silver Age rules. The heroes still have limits, which is the context that so many people are willfully ignoring for no reason.
