I've watched most of ygotas, I think I'm a little too young to get a lot of it, but I can at least say that my favourite running joke of the series is SexyBack playing every time Duke Devilin talks.

Yeeeaaaah... on Point 1, thats the entire reason why they never bothered to do anything more than a Popo joke with regard to the Garlic Jr. arc in TFS proper. That and apparently the animation assets they had to work with were junk. What wound up in the Kai was the best they could find!

Just another reminder of why I hate Chi Chi. The only redeeming thing about this was with how strong Gohan was at the time, it was probably much more annoying than painful.

Chi-chi in Dragon Ball was alright, not quite as well characterized as Bulma, but she was only around for 2-3 arcs. Dragon Ball Z...kind of makes you wonder if Toriyama can write women...Chi-Chi becomes a Tiger mom and Bulma goes to Namek in an attempt to harken back to Dragon Ball, only to do absolutely nothing of any importance whatsoever once there (she was actually an extremely clever and active character in Dragon Ball by comparison)...and her characterization just nosedives from there...

@@FalteredGreedWell Bulma could've been tech support like she was during the Android Saga. On Namek she was basically just comms with Earth and the main rendezvous point. Could've been interesting to see her hijack Freeza's ship or reverse engineer the healing tanks

@@FalteredGreed Anything other than fighting? You think there aren't a million creative ways to help that don't involve fighting? If Toriyama wanted to write her a role, he'd have found something for her to do. It's all the weirder than evil scientists manage to contribute just fine (Gero made androids stronger than Freeza for god's sake xD) and Bulma is supposed to be just as smart.

Seems like Kyle forgot that she hasn't seen this arc, because they (TeamFourStar) skipped it. Either way, watching Kirby slowly malfunction more and more was spectacular. Oooh, Raycons. Looks like the everyday earbuds. I really like mine. Don't use them for reactions, though. There's a small latency lag when connecting to computers or consoles, which is why there "The Gaming Earbuds" with a 1:1 latency. Point is, if you try and do reactions with them, you're gonna notice a small delay between what's on screen and what you hear.

The reaction was great and hilarious like usual. Im glad you like the gift, it took me a bit to learn to hand embroider so it took longer to send it out but I think it turned out well IMO. Oh and Im getting a logo and stamp made, once its done I'll send a pic

Yes, Kyle, Silicon Valley was a TV show on HBO for a few years. It takes place in Silicon Valley, a real life region in Northern California that is a global center for high technology and innovation. It stars a group of characters trying to build their own tech company that keeps failing but succeeds often enough to keep going. It coined the term Weissman score, which the show invented as a buzzword with the help of Professor Tsachy Weissman and went on to become a real thing they teach in tech schools. My family started watching it and I joined late, missing most of the first season. Still, I enjoyed it a lot.

Watching her break over and over again was just too hilarious, and I'm SO glad we were finally able to convince her to watch this series. 💖 It's been a wild ride, and I'm thankful to have been here for it.

04:03 Um...the black water mist? Turned everyone else on the planet into demon-esque beings and slaves to Garlic Junior. Gohan and Krillin avoided it when it was spread, and Piccolo was faking being turned...somehow...so that he could secretly attack Garlic Jr. That's why Chichi hurt Gohan at the beginning. Because she was in mid-transformation to becoming a demon.

DBZA basically skipped the Garlic Jr. arc originally by having Popo devoured him and they more focus on Krillin's filler girlfriend. 2.9 episode was them getting back to actual Garlic Jr content.
