Ill still never forget the day i was palying a god deck with the modern support with one of my friends. I had a buffed up super strong Winged dragon of ra at 11900 (do to the winged dragon support) and he had an open field and one facedown....guess what the face down was... i took 11900 damage straight to my own face at 100 life points. It was literally the just turning the gun on myself in shotgun roulette

I won a finals of one of the "pharaoh tours" with a magic cylinder. Top deck wars, I rip cylinder, he rips monster reborn and he attacks and loses. I Playing hyper aggressive, their life would often be close to zero fast(so much so, some people wouldn't chain their own ring of destruction out of fear). Was satisfying. And the semi-finals of a regionals(that I won), I stole the match with a battle phase enemy controller on his call of the haunted jinzo, stealing it and getting game from it. Good times.

If I remember correctly, Mirror Force is the only card that's appeared in Duel Monsters, GX, 5Ds, Zexal, Arc 5, and Vrains. Even if it wasn't used in every series, it's shown up somewhere. What's interesting about Honest is that even though it's not that great now, none of the cards that do similar things are as good. All of the other Honest-like cards only boost a certain amount and/or are hard once per turns.

There is Dark Honest that does almost the same battle trick for Dark cards, but the only difference is your monster doesn't gain the attack... The opponent's attacking monster loses all their current attack. Which is just a weird enough change that dark decks just ignored ever adding it.

If a Beast, Beast-Warrior, or Winged Beast monster you control Destroys an Opponents monster by Battle or Directly Attacks your Opponent: Draw 1 card._ ATK/3100 DEF/200 THERE, I upped its level by 2, and transferred 800 of its DEF into its ATK so it would be a target for “Rekindling”, since it’s already a FIRE monster. I also reworked its original effect to work kinda like “Return from the Different Dimension”. It also has reworked versions of “Threatening Roar” and “The Big Cattle Drive” as additional effects. It ALSO has 2 new effects: It can make itself into a Beast or Winged Beast on Summon for your needs, and you gain LP from any damages your Beast, Beast Warrior and Winged Beast monsters inflict on your opponent (to help pay for this cards Special Summon requirement of paying half your LP.) Edit: I put hard OPT’s on each of the locations you can summon this card from (so once per turn from your hand, GY and Banishment respectively), and I took out the “for each of those Monster Types you control.” bit for the battle drawing effect.

You need to put hard once per turns to its summoning effect (or maybe to use only one of each option per turn. To summon it either from hand, field, GY or banishment). It is highly abusable otherwise, half your LP is a cost you can pretty much pay at all times. You can summon this thing 8 times at least in the same turn which is way too much. Maybe the drawing effect needs an once per turn as well although until you have reached the BP you probably are going for the win already. If you have 4 monsters who can attack directly (in which case the drawing effect would be too much. 3 cards are also many though) you are probably OTKing. But if you are not you're getting a serious advantage. All other effects i believe are pretty good and in theme and attack and def (although the attack maybe a little high for a level 8 with no cost of summoning it. Not too much though).

@ There, made an amendment to the Summon so that you can only summon it from each of these aforementioned locations once per turn. Edit, I also reduced the draw power to simply 1 card per battle destruction or direct attack.

1:38 So, “Gardna” to my surprise, isn’t really an archetype proper, just a name for a bunch of random defensively oriented cards… Idea for a Support card to change that: _The Gardna Guardians_ Continuous Trap _Unaffected by card effects while you control a “Gardna” card in Face-up Defense Position. You can tribute 2 cards from your hand, field, and/or the top of your deck; Special Summon 1 “Gardna” monster from your hand, Deck, GY, or Banishment in Defense Position (Face-up or Facedown .) Monsters you Summon with this effect cannot be Tributed or used as Material. "Gardna" monsters you control can attack while in Defense Position. If one does, apply its DEF for damage calculation. If a “Gardna” monster you control attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage._ THERE, now you’d be able to summon out “Gardna” monsters en masse while you have enough cards to tribute, while also making them immune to being Tributed or used as material (which both reigns in their potential for abuse, but also shields them from cards like Super-Ploy or Nibiru.)
